Our products are covered by a 30 day warranty on any manufacturer's defects. If you believe that your product has failed as a result of a defect we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to request a replacement for a faulty item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be shipped back to us for inspection so we can determine the cause of the issue. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your faulty item. If a manufacturers defect is found to have caused a fault in your product a replacement item will be shipped at no cost to you. The product must be unused/unopened in order for the customer to receive a refund.
- Custom products that have been cut or spliced
- Normal wear
- Damage due to accident or negligence
- Damage due to use of product for which it is not designed
